reading a lot about Dextrose....
I went all nuts when I watched the guy from nzsugarfree.co.nz and immediately purchased an ice cream maker as I thought like he does...that I cant live without icecream.I got some dextrose from Binn Inn today and went to make it not realising you had to freeze the bowl first for 24 hours.So I decided to make his brownie recipe while I waited for it to freeze.I dont usually like mixtures and this one seemed a little bitter...Im not sure if its the cocoa powder or the dextrose.Anyway I'm a bit annoyed at myself for thinking I have to quickly replace sugar with something.I should have just waited to see ow it went - but I do LOVE ice cream.Hopefully it doesnt taste bitter or Ill have another kitchen appliance clogging up the pantry.
Im going for a walk soon but Im a bit lethargic agaiN although Ive been great today.Went out for coffee - and had just that!!!Whilst all around me had cake..........go me!!!!
