yesterday seemed a breeze but today was tricky.........I've been pretty lethargic.I am just pleased that its the school holidays.I did go for a 5 km walk and got soaked.....
I am spending my time reading up a lot on people who are sugar free - lots of FB sites etc.....
I had pasta for luch - it was Italian and under 5g sugar...maybe that was why I nose dived this afternoon....
Oh well onwards and upwards(but hopefully not outwards)
