Here I am at 96kgs and having just turned 46!! That is my full term pregnancy weight with my baby who will be 10 in June.
This will be my online keeping-it-real journal.
Today I have started to eliminate sugar from my diet - anyone who knows me will know my obsession with sugar.
I'm going to post regularly - its hard when its not school holidays but I'm determined to put me first for the remainder of the year to sort this obesity problem.Wish me luck :)
